Cleanliness needs immediate attention!!! I encountered unwashed linens and compromised bathroom hygiene!!! Maintenance is lacking throughout the hotel with aging furniture and inoperable appliances creating an unpleasant atmosphere!!!

We had a late check-in, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure we got adjoining rooms for our little ones, which was a huge plus. The beds were super comfortable, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms and linens stood out. We enjoyed that the gym and pool were open late too, allowing us to relax after a long day. Breakfast offered a delicious full buffet that was worth every penny.

The vending machines weren't very user-friendly since they only accepted credit cards.

The indoor pool was a highlight of my stay, allowing for late-night swims which was perfect after a long day at the nearby attractions. The restaurant offered a decent breakfast buffet, with various options that exceeded my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the linens and the tidiness of the bathroom in my room. However, I noticed that the carpets could use a deep clean, which was a minor hiccup in an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The hotel boasts a friendly staff and excellent amenities like comfortable beds and a well-maintained outdoor pool area. It's also ideally located near restaurants, stores, and the Whitehead Museum, making it convenient for tours.

Had a late check-in and the receptionist was very nice,, she really went out of her way to set up adjoining rooms for my kids, which was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable,, and I have to mention the great gym, open late and super clean.

ramada is a nice property with great rooms. the lobby staff made my stay enjoyable, especially jessica at check-in who stayed calm despite the computer issues. the hotel is well-equipped with 3 hot tubs and 3 saunas, which is perfect for relaxation.
